Strengthening Faith, Inspiring Change
At the core of everything we do is a desire to see lives transformed, not just economically or educationally, but spiritually. In communities where faith plays a vital role in daily life, we’re committed to equipping local pastors and church leaders with the training, tools, and support they need to guide others with wisdom, integrity, and biblical truth.
Equipping Local Pastors
In Haiti, pastors aren’t just spiritual leaders. They’re counselors, mentors, mediators, and community anchors. But many lack access to formal theological training or practical resources, limiting their ability to disciple others deeply and respond to the needs around them.
By investing in Haitian pastors, we’re strengthening entire communities from the inside out.

What We Do
Theological Training & Mentorship
We walk alongside Haitian pastors, many of whom serve in rural or under-resourced areas, providing ongoing training in sound doctrine, leadership, and spiritual formation.
- Workshops and seminars led by trusted Haitian faith leaders
- Long-term mentorship relationships for growth and accountability
- Emphasis on servant leadership and Christ-centered ministry
Ministry Resources |
We equip churches with the tools they need to teach, disciple, and serve more effectively.
- Distribution of Bibles, discipleship materials, and Sunday school curriculum
- Resources contextualized for Haitian culture and language
- Materials to support discipleship and community outreach
Leadership Networks & Collaboration
Pastors are strongest when they’re connected. We facilitate opportunities for leaders to build relationships, support one another, and grow together.
- Peer gatherings and shared learning spaces
- Encouragement in facing the spiritual and social challenges of ministry
- Unity across denominations, rooted in shared faith and purpose
Why it Matters
In many Haitian communities, pastors are a trusted voice, both spiritually and socially. When equipped with sound training and support, their influence multiplies. The Gospel becomes more accessible when it’s taught in the local language by someone who understands the culture and the daily challenges people face. A well-supported pastor can lead a healthier, more engaged, and more impactful church and by extension, help build a stronger, more resilient community.
Faith isn’t just a private matter; it shapes how people parent, work, care for one another, and respond to hardship. When spiritual transformation takes root, it paves the way for broader community transformation.

"From player to mentor, giving back through the game he loves."Years ago, Witny laced up his cleats as a young player on a YKM soccer team. The program didn’t just teach him the sport, it also shaped his character, gave him a sense of belonging, and introduced him to the hope of the Gospel.
Today, Witny stands on the sidelines as a coach, pouring into the next generation of Haitian youth just as others once invested in him. "It’s a privilege to give back to my community and share the hope of Christ through soccer," Witny says. "I dream of the day when every child in Haiti has this same opportunity, a safe place to play, learn, and experience God’s love." |
