Christian Jackson
Founder & Executive Director
Christian is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, where he earned his Master of Theology (ThM), and Oklahoma State University, where he completed his bachelors degree in Nonprofit Management. His life was profoundly shaped by football and the many summers he spent both as a camper and staff member at T Bar M Camps.
Everything changed for Christian after his first trip to Haiti in 2015. He returned shocked, heartbroken, and frustrated by the stark reality he witnessed—just 90 minutes from Miami, children in remote villages had no place to play, no resources, and little opportunity to simply be kids. The experience stirred something deep within him.
Christian knew he couldn’t fix an entire country, but he believed he could bring lasting hope to its people—hope that didn't fade and filled hearts eternally. At just 20 years old, drawing from his love of football and his passion for camp ministry, he launched
Y-KNOT Missions
as a project in a nonprofit management class at OSU. His vision: to share the love and freedom of Jesus and to give kids the opportunity to enjoy childhood.
Today, Christian lives in Round Rock, Texas, with his wife Brooke. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends, doing CrossFit, watching college football, and cooking.
